Returns

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Port Bloom through our Contact Us area of the Home page so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
